Our Siding Replacement Process

Step 1

Inspection & Estimate

After you get in touch with us, we will schedule a time for a free estimate. During this time, one of our project managers will inspect your home’s siding and will get measurements for the quote. We can answer any question you might have during this time.

Step 2

Tear Off

During the tear off process, our installation team will remove all the necessary old siding. All trash will be thrown into an onside dumpster.

Step 3

Framing & Insullation

After the siding has been removed, our installation team will perform an inspection of the framing. Ant deteriorated sheathing or framing will be repaired before we install the new siding. We will also replace any necessary wet insulation.

Step 4

House Wrap

Before the siding gets installed, we will install house wrap to protect the sheathing from moisture.

Step 5

Siding Installation

Once all the necessary prep work is completed, the siding can be installed. During this step, the installation team will install the siding, starter, trim, and any necessary flashing.

Step 6

Exterior Painting

Some siding types need to be painted after the installation. During the painting process, our crew will caulk and paint the siding and any necessary trim.

Step 7

Clean Up

Our installation team is trained to keep the job site as clean as possible during the installation. Trash will be thrown into a dumpster and disposed of appropriately. After the job is complete, we will also perform a final clean up that involves running magnets around the property to pick up loose nails.

Step 8

Quality Control

To ensure that all aspects of the job meet our high quality standards, our project managers will supervise the job during and after the installation.
